Service description

AutoPetition is software for immigration-petition preparation, research organization, drafting assistance, collaboration, and export. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.

No legal advice

Outputs generated inside AutoPetition are drafts and research artifacts for review. They are not legal advice, do not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not be treated as a substitute for qualified immigration counsel.

Account use

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the product.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You may not use the service to submit fraudulent materials, abuse third-party services, or interfere with platform security.

Billing

• Paid features, when enabled outside beta, are purchased through Stripe.
• Pricing, feature access, and beta availability may change as the product evolves.
• If a refund policy is offered, it should be described explicitly in your production billing terms.

Content and responsibility

You retain responsibility for reviewing, editing, and validating any petition content before filing, sharing, or relying on it. AutoPetition may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated material and should be used with human review.

Availability

Because the product is still evolving, features may change, be limited, or be unavailable without notice, especially during beta periods.
